Benefits of Using an Infrared Sauna:

Detoxification: The infrared heat encourages sweating, helping to flush toxins from your body. This can assist in cleansing your system of harmful substances, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

Improved Circulation: The deep heat stimulates blood flow and increases circulation, helping to deliver oxygen and nutrients more effectively to your muscles and tissues. This can promote overall cardiovascular health and improve recovery after workouts.

Pain Relief: Infrared heat can help soothe aching muscles, joints, and even chronic conditions like arthritis. The heat penetrates deep into the tissues, providing relief from stiffness and discomfort.

Stress Reduction & Relaxation: The soothing warmth of the infrared sauna promotes relaxation by reducing the production of stress hormones. As a result, you may experience lower levels of anxiety and improved overall mood.

Skin Health: Sweating in an infrared sauna can help unclog pores and improve skin tone. The increased circulation aids in delivering nutrients to your skin, promoting a healthier, more vibrant appearance.

Weight Loss Support: The increased heart rate from the heat of an infrared sauna mimics the effects of moderate exercise, helping to burn calories while you relax. Regular use can complement a healthy weight loss routine.

Enhanced Sleep: Many users find that infrared sauna sessions help them unwind and achieve a deeper, more restful sleep due to the relaxation it offers.

Infrared Sauna may also:
Revitalize stem cells
Improve gut health
Reduce inflammation
Improve cellular clean up
Enhance cellular energy

Hi everybody! 👋 I’m Dr. Emily Diaz, the doc behind Radiant and I just wanted to introduce myself:

I was born and raised in a small town in Wisconsin (Go Pack go!) and grew up loving sports and all things outdoors. In fact, my favorite place in the world is a small lake in northern WI where I learned to fish, hunt, swim, boat, waterski, and ice skate among other things.

I’ve always known I wanted a career where I could help others and so following high school I went to undergrad at UW Madison (Go Badgers!) 🦡 to study Biology and Global Health. Along the way I worked in many health professions, including as a CNA in nursing facilities and an ABA therapist teaching kiddos with ASD.

None of those jobs however, compared to the incredibly fulfilling feeling I got when working behind the scenes at my local chiropractic clinic. I fell in love with the holistic, non-invasive care that chiropractic provides and knew that this was the career for me! Following graduation at Madison I started school in yet another midwestern town-Davenport Iowa. I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in February 2022 and moved out west, first to Colorado for an internship and soon after to Montana. I am so incredibly excited and grateful to have the opportunity to bring everything I know and love about chiropractic to Missoula, Montana!
